Instructions
Step 1: Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package directions, then drain and set aside.

Step 3: Add Velveeta cubes and milk to the butter and stir continuously until the cheese is melted and smooth.
Step 4: Stir in the cooked macaroni until evenly coated with the creamy cheese sauce.
Step 5: Season with salt and pepper, and top with crispy bacon, green onions, or toasted breadcrumbs if desired.
