¼ cup mayonnaise
-
6 oz shredded medium cheddar cheese

Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in a greased or parchment-lined baking dish.

Spoon the beef mixture over the cheese, then sprinkle shredded cheddar evenly on top.

Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese layer.
-
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
-
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
-
Slice and serve warm.

Add pickles, ketchup, or mustard between layers for extra flavor.
-
Substitute beef with ground turkey or chicken, adjusting seasoning as needed.
