Instructions

  • Step 1: For cucumber bites, top each slice with a smear of cream cheese, a curl of smoked salmon, capers, dill, and lemon juice.

  • Step 2: For crostini, spread cream cheese or goat cheese on toasted baguette slices, top with smoked salmon, capers, and sliced red onion.

  • Step 3: For deviled eggs, add finely chopped smoked salmon into your egg yolk mix before refilling the whites.
