For the Dough:

Pizza Toppings:

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

¾ cup thinly sliced dill pickles

Instructions
Step 1: Make the dough. In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes. Add flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix and knead until smooth. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Step 2: Prepare sausage. Mix ground pork with all sausage seasonings and vinegar. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours. Brown sausage in a skillet and set aside.
Step 3: Make roasted garlic sauce. Sauté roasted garlic in butter. Add cream, parmesan, and black pepper. Simmer until thickened into a spreadable paste. Set aside.
Step 4: Make dilly drizzle. Whisk together all drizzle ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 5: Assemble pizza. Preheat oven to 475°F. Stretch dough onto a pizza pan or stone. Spread roasted garlic sauce over dough. Top with mozzarella, sausage, and sliced pickles.
Step 6: Bake for 8–10 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
Step 7: Drizzle with the dilly drizzle before serving.
