Instructions
Step 1: Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Step 2: Whisk in the flour and chili powder, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 3: Slowly whisk in the chicken broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
Step 4: Add garlic powder, cumin, and oregano. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
Step 5: Reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens.
Step 6: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
