  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1: In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, shredded cheese, and red onion.

Step 2: In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.

Step 3: Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until everything is well coated.

Step 4: Gently fold in the crumbled bacon just before serving to keep it crispy.
